How long does my order take to ship?

Orders take 3-5 working days and are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately at the moment I do not offer international shipping but I do hope to in the future.

What is your return policy? 

I want you to love your Brookie Bits earrings! if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

If you’ve changed your mind about the order, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your earrings. Please contact me before returning for instructions.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns. Items must be returned in their original condition and unworn.

If your earrings arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, a photograph. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.
